CLUB COMMITTEE ELECTIONS
The 2003 AGM has been moved back a couple of weeks as many committee members and club members will be at the 24-hour race at Bathurst that week.
The AGM will now be held on
WEDNESDAY DECEMBER 3rd 2003
BELLS HOTEL
The club meeting will start 8.00pm sharp, followed by the AGM. This is your chance to have a say, as to who will lead the club in to next year. If you’re not happy with this year’s committee, it’s a chance for you to have a go.
If you where happy then it’s a chance to join them .

24 HOUR SPORTS SEDAN
As with last year’s 24-hour race at Bathurst, Sports Sedan drivers are well represented The NISSAN 200sx car 222 is to be driven in the twice around the clock race by four Victorian Sports Sedan drivers.
President and Vice President; Damien JOHNSON and Richard CATCHLOVE will be joined by last years team members Michael ROBINSON and Rodney WOODS.
The guys are driving the same Nissan 200sx, as Ray, Robbo, Woods’y drove in last years race.
Several members are on their way up to support the team and we at SPORTSSEDAN.COM.AU wish the team the best of luck!
ISLAND MAGIC
November 29/30 is the last time this year that you can see SPORTS SEDANS in action. The REPCO ISLAND MAGIC meeting at the PHILLIP ISLAND track will, as always be a top meeting. All the Victorian stars will be there to fight it out for the Prestigious 50K plate.
If you thought the last race at the Island was a ripper, you must get down for this one, as a few National blokes from here and interstate have said they are coming! To take on the local stars!
Tickets are just $10.00 and racing starts 9.00am both days.
KERRYS HEADING HOME
Five times Australian Sports Sedan Champion, Kerry Baily, has been released from Timaru hospital (nz)
A week after his fiery crash on the south island of New Zealand, doctors have released Kerry and he is now on his way home.
Kerry received burns to his legs, arms, hands and face, when his 300zx SportsSedan burst in to flames at Levels Race Way (nz).
He was rushed to Timaru hospital where he stayed for the next week. He is in good spirits and has been since day one. Doctors are not expecting any scaring or permanent damage. We at sportssedan.com.au wish him a speedy recovery |
